(You will notice that we are meeting at a different location. The Berkshire Athenaeum is one of the few places in Pittsfield where meetings are allowed to scheduled for free and with winter bringing us all indoors it is quite difficult to get space. Thankfully our friends, community partner and ally, Wellness Underground stepped in to help us out.)
As always will be hosting our “Healing Buffet”, an assortment of food items that are clean and green. Food items are always gluten free, dairy free and vegan. Attendees are welcome to bring a dish so long as it is gluten free. If you are bringing a dish, please list your ingredients and include that along with your dish.
We are aiming to have a speaker for March but cannot promise one. We will at the very least be looking at the topics discussed on in our last meeting and focus in on one of those for a discussion starter and of course continue to have open discussion and sharing as we always do.
